About Sydney NDIS Consultancy

Who We Are

Sydney NDIS Consultancy is a firm of consultants who work exclusively with businesses that provide, or intend to provide, supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme. We are not a registered NDIS provider ourselves. Our role is to support other organisations through the registration, audit and compliance obligations set by the NDIS Commission, so that provider teams can focus on running their services rather than deciphering regulatory documentation.

Our Approach to NDIS Commission Processes

Our consultants bring practical, hands-on experience with the requirements set out by the NDIS Commission, including the NDIS Practice Standards, verification and certification audit pathways, and the documentation providers need to demonstrate compliance. We work methodically through each stage of a provider's obligations, from initial registration applications to preparing for audits and responding to Commission correspondence. Our approach is grounded in the current rules and guidance published by the regulator, and we keep our advice current as those requirements change.

Why We Exist

The regulatory system that governs NDIS providers is detailed and continues to evolve. Many organisations, particularly smaller providers and those new to the sector, find it difficult to interpret what the NDIS Commission expects of them and how to prepare accordingly. Sydney NDIS Consultancy exists to close that gap. We translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable steps for provider businesses, reducing the guesswork involved in registration and compliance work.
